How do you track time?I use time-tracking software to monitor and log the hours spent on your tasks. You will receive a breakdown to ensure transparency and accurate invoicing. I will contact you before you reach your agreed retainer time.

What is your availability?I offer flexible working hours and you can always drop me a message. If I’m not going to be available for a period of time, I’ll let you know.

Which areas do you cover?I cover the whole of the UK.

How do we communicate?I am flexible and can adapt to your preferred methods of communication. Primarily, I connect with clients via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. For consultations, I offer face-to-face video conferences using platforms such as Skype or Zoom.

What happens if I need more hours?If you need more hours we can review your monthly retainer. I will always accommodate more work where possible, depending on my availability.

What tools and software do you use?I am proficient with a variety of tools and software including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Trello, monday.com and more. I am also open to using any specific tools your business prefers.

How do we share files and information?I prefer to have a centralised dropbox where we can both access files and information. You can also send files to my email and store documents securely online. Large files can be sent via WeTransfer.

Do we have a contract in place?There is no time frame in your contract. I only ask for 30 days’ notice if you need to cancel.

What insurances do you have?I have professional indemnity insurance and cyber and data protection insurance. I am also ICO registered.

When can we start?As soon as you’re ready! Just pop your details into the contact form and i'll be in touch shortly to get the ball rolling. The onboarding process includes a consultation, a clear contract and terms and conditions agreement. We then exchange necessary information (files, passwords etc) and are usually ready to go within 3 days!
